It wasn't raining today so we took the opportunity to go out into the garden. seems like ages since we were out there. Found lots of fungi which Millie asked if she could eat (funny because she hates mushrooms!) but i had to explain that some fungi makes you ill if you eat it and i wasn't sure which sort it was. So we had a run around and kicked the football about before we got too cold.



After naptime we made the first batch of mince pies (i am aiming to fill the freezer with them so i don't have much baking to do over the Christmas period). Today we made Mincemeat and Custard ones. I *HAD* to try 1/2 of one when they were cooked to make sure they were ok (against detox rules!!!) and have to say they were yummy. Afterwards M did the washing up (practical life activity!)

Only 5 more days of detox to go!!!
